Do you live in the postcode RG20, RG14, or RG19?The Paula Tait trophy in The Hampshire Hoppit is sponsored by Paula’s family, a much loved regular at our race in Kingsclere before sadly passing away. A local runner, her family wanted to recognise the achievement of local runners at the race. It is awarded as a renewing perpetual trophy (i.e. engraved and retained for a year, before being returned for awarding in subsequent years). It is awarded to the first runner that finishes the half marathon that has an address in the postcodes RG20, RG14, or RG19. For those running the Hoppit Half Marathon, there will be a diversion from the usual route at Mile 10. The footpath at the southern edge of the Kingsclere Estate that leads to the gallops is closed following storm damage and uprooted trees.
